Miniature sensors for measurements in extreme conditions

In the world of advanced research and precision technological processes, measurement accuracy is a key element of reliability, safety, and efficiency. In response to the needs of scientific laboratories, research and development centers, and high-tech industries, we have developed a line of miniature capacitive sensors that enable measurements of extremely high pressures and ultra-high vacuums.

Our solutions were developed for environments where standard sensors fail – where installation space is limited, conditions are extreme, and measurement precision cannot be compromised. Thanks to the use of micro-machining technologies (including FIB) and miniaturized mechanical and electronic architecture, Nanores sensors offer an unmatched combination of compact dimensions, high resolution, and long-term stability.

The sensors can be integrated into existing measurement systems or used as standalone components in specialized applications. In addition, we offer a service for regenerating worn sensors, which extends their service life and significantly reduces operating costs.

Our sensors are the result of many years of research, development, and engineering work, carried out with the most demanding users in mind, from fields such as physics, materials engineering, microtechnology, and the space industry. At Nanores, we combine precision with flexibility, offering not only a product, but a complete measurement technology tailored to individual needs.

🔹 Miniature high-pressure sensor

Compact, capacitive sensor for pressure measurements in the range of hundreds of gigapascals. Thanks to its integration with diamond anvils, it enables direct pressure reading in the working space without the need for optical systems. It is characterized by high stability, high sensitivity, and regenerability. Ideal for research on new materials, geophysical processes, and extreme laboratory conditions.

🔹 Miniature high vacuum sensor

Capacitive sensor designed for measurements in high and ultra-high vacuum (up to 10⁻⁷ Pa). Thanks to its miniature size, it can be placed directly in the test chamber, enabling local and dynamic monitoring of environmental conditions. It offers high precision, long-term stability, and low power consumption. Dedicated for use in vacuum systems, micro-machining, sputtering, and scientific applications.

🔹 Sensor regeneration – extended life cycle and lower operating costs Worn sensors can be refurbished by replacing the active part or restoring damaged tracks and electrical contacts. The refurbished sensor is recalibrated to ensure full functionality. This approach significantly reduces total cost of ownership, reduces waste, and enables long-term maintenance of high measurement accuracy without the need for frequent equipment replacement.
