Purpose and basis of processing

By submitting your CV, you agree (“express affirmative action”) to the Administrator’s processing of the personal data contained in the recruitment application for the purpose of recruiting for the position advertised.

Your provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the recruitment process (legal basis: art. 221 § 1 of the Labour Code in connection with art. 6 para. 1 lit. a. and lit. b of the RODO).

If you include your photograph or additional data in your CV (beyond the data in art. 221 § 1 of the Labour Code), your personal data will also be processed in this respect (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the RODO). Providing additional data and thus consenting to their processing is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment.

If you give your consent, the Data Controller will process your personal data, also in subsequent staff recruitment. Consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future, i.e. the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent is possible electronically by sending an email to rekrutacja@nanores.pl.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data will be made available to persons authorised by and acting on the instructions of the Administrator, to employees and associates of the Administrator who need to access the data to perform their duties or to providers of electronic recruitment services. The provision of additional data and your consent to their processing in this way is voluntary and does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment.

Information about non-profiling

Personal data contained in the recruitment documents may be processed by automated means (in IT systems), however, this will not lead to automated (i.e. without human involvement) decision-making that produces legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you, including profiling.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data, correcting your data, requesting their deletion, restricting their processing, objecting to the processing and transferring the data provided (for which you have given your consent) to another data controller.
